Terms of Service

1. Services

TechTeamsOnline, a service of Pillai Infotech LLP, provides remote tech staffing services including staff augmentation, dedicated team building, and offshore development center setup.

2. Trial Period

The 7-day risk-free trial starts from the day a developer begins work with your team. If you are not satisfied within those 7 days, you pay nothing and we will offer a replacement at no charge.

3. Payment Terms

Monthly engagements are billed in advance on the 1st of each month. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Hourly engagements are billed bi-weekly.

4. Intellectual Property

All work product created by our developers during your engagement is owned by you. We provide IP assignment agreements with every engagement contract.

5. Confidentiality

All developers sign NDAs before starting any engagement. We maintain strict confidentiality of your codebase, business information, and proprietary data.

6. Termination

You may terminate any engagement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate for breach of these terms with 14 days notice.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, India.
